As business owners ourselves, we’ve often thought how useful it would be to have someone on-hand who can answer a one-off question, point us in the right direction or do something which seems relatively simple but we know will take us hours to do.
Yet we don’t want to pay expensive professional fees to get what we need - so often things just don’t get done. That’s why we’ve created the Loyalty Support Programmes for our existing (and new) clients.
Both programmes are designed to provide you with an affordable support system on an ongoing basis without expensive recurring fees - and give you additional benefits the longer you use them.
Here’s how they work…
Each loyalty support programme works on a subscription basis - for a small monthly subscription, you’ll get 30 minutes of support (the type will depend upon which programme you choose).
In addition, you’ll also get a discount on one or more of our business support services. The longer you remain on a programme, the bigger discount you’ll be entitled to plus you’ll also receive cash vouchers to redeem on any of our services. Find out more about each programme below…
The Looking Good Support Programme
This programme includes 30 minutes of art-working/graphic design time every month, to help you make your marketing materials look good.
Each month, 30 minutes could get you one of the following:
- A professionally-designed 1-sided A5 flyer (you’ll need to provide all the text & images)
- A basic 1-page template set-up for a word document
- Creation of 2-3 basic graphic icons (like custom RSS buttons or icons)
- A letterhead, fully set up for professional printing
- Design for 2-sided business card, fully set up for professional printing
- A basic advert design for offline/print publications
Programme Conditions
- If you haven’t worked with us before, your discount starts in month 4 only.
- Support time can not be carried over from month to month.
- Discounts are applicable on all our Graphic Design Headstart services.
- Discounts are only available with a current active subscription.
- Cash-Back vouchers are redeemable on any of our Headstart services.
- Cash-Back vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Your subscription payment will recur until you cancel it; you are free to cancel it at any time.
The Tech Troubleshooting Support Programme
This programme includes 1 technical support task, to help you troubleshoot and overcome your tech problems.
Each month, 1 task could help you with one of the following:
- Update the text content of a single page (max. 800 words) on your website
- Add an RSS button to your website & link it to an existing feed
- Add a new widget to your blog
- Add an image to a page on your website
- 20 minutes of troubleshooting time for a specific problem
