I’m still not sure I can afford the package prices, do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for non-profit organisations and charities only. We work with entrepreneurs and business owners who are willing to invest in their business – and who understand that this sometimes requires looking at the long term gain they’ll receive from a relatively small investment right now. If that isn’t you, then we’re probably not the right company for you.
If I don’t want a particular item, does it reduce the package price?
No, it doesn’t. The packages come as-is and if you don’t want something that’s included, you’re free to leave it out but it won’t reduce the package price.
Can I tailor the packages to suit my needs?
No, these packages come as-is and cannot be tailored. We can however work with you on a custom project for which we’ll provide a custom quote – we will do this via our main design service over at Jonathan Woodward Studio. Please be aware that the prices here are lower than you’ll find over at JWS because they’re packaged up for our community members – for custom projects we will charge you at our full rates.
How many design concepts do you provide?
We provide 2 design concepts for logos and 1 concept for web designs. This is because, in our 10+ years of experience, we’ve always found we get it right within the first two concepts – and we’d rather put our energy and effort into getting the “right” one first time than proposing one good concept and several ok ones for you to choose from. We know our stuff – we know what makes good design and we will put this into your concept from the start.
But what if I want or need additional concepts?
Then we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it! But if you do want additional concepts, these will incur an additional charge which will be discussed with you prior to proceeding.
